Chile has been biggest produced country of peaches halves and peach slices in South American. Their output broke the record last year (the record was 3.8 million cartons (1kg x 24) ) .It was almost increased 50% than 2002.And Argentina output was 3.2 million cartons , Brazil output was 2.1 million cartons, so the total output of three main produced canned peaches countries was 9.1 million cartons . Because Argentina canned peaches main provided to inner market, so Chile became the biggest international supplier of South America. China export will increase to 2.7 million cartons of peach halves and peach slices.

Chile has signed the free-trade agreement with USA & Europe, which will help for exporting to these counties.
